Property in Penang Island is higher than Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam….As the author, build area is limited. Capital growth for Penang property is higher than B’woth, BM. . .. etc

Yea, price of properties in Penang is crazily expensive. I wonder working class group can afford to own such an expensive house.
